DNS Setup For Email NOT On Domain
To make your new RS Store Website available to the public you need to "point" your domain name (web address) to the RSA servers where your website is hosted. For example, if your email address is myshippingstore@yahoo.com, then you are NOT using email on your domain.
There are two ways to "point" your domain name to the RSA servers – use a Nameserver or a Host Record. Since you are NOT using email on your domain name, you can use the Namserver option. To make your website live, you will need to change the current Nameservers for your domain name to the RSA Nameservers.
Since most store owners buy their domain name from GoDaddy.com, we have specific instructions for making this change (link below). If you bought your domain name from another provider, please use the generic instructions (link below).
NOTE: Don't just add the new name servers to your domain. You must remove the current name servers. When you are finished the 2 RSA name servers MUST BE THE ONLY NAME SERVERS setup for your domain.
