Generic Nameserver Instructions

Because there are so many different domain name registrars (providers), RSA cannot provide support on Nameserver setup for all of them. The following are general guidelines

To make your website live on your domain name, you need to set your nameservers to the following:

Nameserver 01: nsa.rscentral.org
Nameserver 02: nsb.rscentral.org

You should be able to login to your account with your domain registrar and access the “ DNS Settings” of your domain. Within the  DNS Settings, look for a Nameserver Management link and enter the above addresses. If you don’t have a login or are having trouble finding the Nameserver settings, you may need to call your providers technical support and have them make the Nameserver change on your account for you.

Once a the Nameserver changes have been made, it can take up to 24 hours for those changes to take affect and make your website LIVE.
