Generic Host Record Instructions

Because there are so many different domain name registrars (providers), RSA cannot provide support on Host Record setups for all of them. The following are general guidelines...

If you are using email on your domain name, the Nameservers for your domain must stay set at their default settings so your email will work. To make your website LIVE, you will need to change the Host Record (sometimes referred to as an "A Record" or "@ Record") for your domain name so it points to the RSA Servers where your website is hosted.

The Host Record for your domain should point to: 70.34.33.112

You must also set the CName Record to your website address without the www.

Once a the Host Record  and CName Record changes have been made, it can take up to 24 hours for those changes to take affect and make your website LIVE on your domain.
