Q. What is the difference between a Store Primary user and Additional user?
A. A Store Primary user should be the owner of the store. An Additional user should be used for employees of that storeowner.
Q. What is a Display name?
A. Your Display name is your screen name. When you are logged in to RS Central, your display name will appear in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Q. What is the difference between a Store Name and a Company Legal Name?
A. Your Store Name is the name used by the consumer. Your Comapny Legal Name is the name you use on your taxes.
