DHL has provided the deepest discounts available to our industry — RS Premium Members are only required to have a $300 minimum average revenue to qualify for these deeply discounted rates. All other stores will be required to have a $1500 minimum average revenue.

How will I access the RS Premium rates?
All rate tables are built into point of sale systems (ShipRite® & PostalMate®).
In PostalMate® the new RS Premium rates are called Level 4. In ShipRite® the new RS Premium rates are called Top Tier.
How do I get access to the RS Premium rates?
RS Premium members will have access to the RS Premium rates once you meet the required minimum spend of $300 per month (net).
You can also receive the new rates if you commit to a
minimum spend of $300 per month (net).

What are DHL’s weight and size limits?
DHL can transport any one box with the max dimensions of 300 cm or 118 inches and up to 660 lbs.
What countries am I NOT allowed to ship to?
OFAC countries (Cuba, Syria, North Korea, Iran, South Sudan) and Russia has special restrictions (documents only to individuals).
