How do I quote my customers and print a label?
Once your store is activated, you will log into the International Package Shipping web-based shipment processing site, add the package information, and print the label directly from the system. Step by step instructions are in the user manual that International Package Shipping will provide.
Who will pick up the packages from the store?
International Package Shipping has an agreement in place with UPS and UPS will pick up all packages from your location, even if your store does not have a regularly scheduled pick up. If you regularly do business with UPS, the packages can be mixed in with your normal UPS pick-up. A UPS label will be automatically provided through the International Package Shipping shipment processing site. In the event that you have a shipment outside UPS’s normal size and weight restrictions, please contact your Account Manager at International Package Shipping and they will provide you the price quote and set up a customized pick-up.
Where do the packages get consolidated?
International Package Shipping’s warehouse is located in Linden, New Jersey. All packages will be consolidated into either an ocean or air container at this location.
What is the time in transit for the packages?
Time in transit varies based on the destination, but as a general rule, International Package Shipping’s air service is 1-3 weeks and the ocean service is 5-8 weeks.
Are shipments tracked?
Yes, for most countries, International Package Shipping provides door-to-door tracking from the time the package leaves your location to when it arrives at the recipient’s address.
Does International Package Shipping offer insurance?

Will in store marketing materials be provided to help stores create awareness of your service?
Yes, once a store is activated, you will receive a storefront window sign and a counter top mat displaying the services that International Package Shipping offers. From time to time and based on feedback from our Authorized Shipping Outlets, we will send other in-store marketing materials, free of charge.
