The fuel surcharge rate changes for the period April 6, 2008 to May 3, 2008 (April) for Express air and ground products has been posted to the DHL website.. The fuel surcharge rate for air express products will increase to 22.0%. The fuel surcharge rate for ground products will increase to 6.3%.
