DHL Rates Just Went DOWN for Authorized Shipping Centers |

DHL is focused on the DHL Authorized Shipping Center network as a high-priority initiative in the US. The DASC network is DHL's only retail presence in the US, so it is extremely important that the program benefits, products and support are the best available in the industry.
For the past several months, RSA staff and members of the DHL operations team have been communicating with and visiting DASC locations — looking for ways to help strengthen the relationship and to grow your international revenue.
Store owners from around the country have expressed their concerns on a variety of important issues, one of which is pricing on international shipping. Owners told us they wanted rates that would allow them to earn better margins while providing their customers with the most competitive price, best-in-class worldwide coverage, and top-notch service and support.
DHL Has Been Listening. Starting July 1, 2010 all stores will be moved from RS2 to RS3 rates — the deepest discount available to the retail network — 63% off DHL's published rates!

DHL Express Expands Relationship with Leading Retail Shipping Center Trade Association for International Shipping |

PLANTATION, FL – November 11, 2009 — DHL Express, the world’s leading express delivery and logistics company, announced today it has expanded its agreement with Retail Shipping Associates (RSA). RSA will now act as a preferred retail partner for the DHL Authorized Shipping Center network, supporting DHL international express services at thousands of independently owned or franchised retail shipping center outlets in the United States.
With the new agreement, DHL will consolidate support in the United States for retail access to international shipping services with RSA, making it easier for small and medium-sized businesses to access DHL’s global express delivery network. RSA will provide DHL Express with management, customer service, technology, sales support and promotional services for its expanding retail shipping network....

| Please be advised that an important database upgrade is scheduled this weekend that will result in WebShip, Online Pickup and Rating being unavailable on Saturday, May 12. The expected outage window is from 3:00 PM ET to 10:30 PM ET on Saturday.
During this time, customers will see an out of service message when attempting to prepare a shipment. All other functionality on the DHL-usa.com website will be accessible.
